Height: 15.3 stocky
Color(s): He is a Perlino Rabicino Overo. He has a perlino body with a bit of red/orange highlights. Mane and tail are red/orange and so are his legs and face.
Eye Color(s): Icey blue.
Marking(s): He has some zebra striping on his legs around his forearm and gaskins. He also has a muscle in his neck that lays under his mane that is a bit deformed, its from an old attack. For overo markings, see picture above.

Loves: Foals, living alone, grass, apples, joking around
Hates: Truthful equine that don't know when to shut up. Talkative equines, being followed, being trapped, his family
Fears: Envious, in a way. He fears what they are capable of in large numbers.
Hopes: to overcome his desire to be alone. He would like to settle down and have a family, but never can seem to allow himself to do so. Old habits die hard, being alone is that habit.

Personality:
Friendly, for the most part. Hes easily annoyed and only sometimes will enjoy company. He'd rather be alone and really can't stand other stallions much. Now and then he will accept the company of  a mare but has never let himself fall for any or even have a hint of feelings. Which only makes things more confusing because unknowingly he could be quite a charmer. He's a pretty good listener and usually lets other do most of the talking. He likes a good conversation don't doubt that, but hes pretty mysterious even though he really has no reason to be. Hes one of those stallions you just want to get a feel for, get into his mind, but once you get there its not really anything special, just any other stag only more closed off.


History:
 Caruso was born into a normal herd, you know, normal life sort of thing. His parents were the beta's in the herd (Lilliana and Kade), however the lead's seemed to not be able to bare foals, so they turned to the betas to bare foals for them. It was a pretty messed up relationship. They wanted the lead stallion to be bred with his mother ( Lilliana the beta) so at least the lead's blood would run in the foals. It was either agree to the terms, or Kade would be banished for ever and Lilliana would become just a foal slave for them anytime they pleased. Her mate, Kade did not approve of this but had to agree so at least he could stay with her and be with her for the rest of their lives. 

Time went on and Caru's mother was bred by the lead, she produced a healthy Sooty Dun colt whom they named Thadius. The whole herd praised the young colt like their gift from the gods, he was to be the next successor of the herd.
However, Caruso's dad (Kade) was about to twist everything up. 2 years later he had enough. The lead stallion was actually starting to court Lilliana, even though he had the son he wanted he was still breeding crazy and instead of letting him do it again to her, Kade bred her. One rainy night they snuck away to have just enough time to themselves and that is when Caruso was conceived... Kade and Lilliana had no clue how to hide it, once she got more along in the pregnancy everyone would notice...
One night they slipped away unnoticed and ran, they ran for what seemed for days. The mates hid out in a small cave for the remainder of her pregnancy and when Caruso was born they were overwhelmed with joy. As he grew they started to venture out of their small area, planning to start a real life together.

However, when Caruso was 8 months old that all came to an abrupt halt. The lead stallion and his son, Thadius, the foal that Lilliana gave birth to had showed up. The betas were no match for the two stags and they both died protecting Caruso. Somehow he managed to get away and he has been walking, traveling by himself this whole time. At first he wanted nothing to do with herd because of what had happened to his family, however after a while of wandering alone he couldn't stand to be by himself anymore.

Caruso ended up joining a small herd for 3 and a half years. He grew close to two friends in particular, Slade and (insert name when I decide lol). They, unlike him were trouble makers, but he enjoyed his life there. However the third year Slade left his mate and herd and after that Caruso decided it was time for him to leave as well. There had been nothing holding him there, no love, no one important, so he took to the lands in search of himself really.
For a while, he walked, enjoying his new life of being alone, but as the years seemed to drag by slowly he realized that he would sometimes rather the company. Maybe not a herd, but a traveling partner. That is when he found Brigid. They traveled together for a little and then disaster struck. A envious stag by the name of Doc forcebred Bri even though she wasn't in heat. Caruso defended her and they have been traveling together ever since.

However, then Bri and Caruso decided to split. Bri made her decision that loner life was right for her and Caruso decided he'd like to find a herd to settle down in and hopefully have a family and a life. Now, he has come across Slade's herd. His old buddy from years back.
